Solution Feasibility Study
Vedas offers a package solution feasibility study of particular NGN project which will provide customer’s management with an early opportunity to evaluate the project's viability before any substantial amounts of money have been spent and, also, to place it in the context of other priorities and strategies.Sufficient analysis should be carried out during the feasibility study to ensure that the proposed system is feasible, and to permit the estimation of its costs and benefits. Analysis will be carried out in following subsequent activities:
- Research the business problem or opportunity
- Document the business requirements for a solution
- Identify all of the alternative solutions available
- Review each solution to determine its feasibility
- List any risks and issues with each solution
- Choose a preferred solution for implementation
- Document the results in a feasibility report
